Life Off Campus

Living the "Pura Vida"

At EARTH you live under the concept of freedom with responsibility, which gives you the possibility to leave the campus whenever you wish during your free time.

This will allow you to explore places in Costa Rica such as beaches (the closest one is two hours away), theaters, cinemas, supermarkets, among other activities. Public transportation in Costa Rica is very safe and efficient. In addition, living with students from different countries will give you the opportunity to get to know Central America and the region during your vacation time.

COVID-19

CONSIDERATIONS

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), vaccines against COVID-19 reduce the risk of SARS-CoV-2 virus causing symptoms and health consequences. Immunity, which helps those vaccinated to fight against this virus in case of infection, reduces the likelihood of transmission and thus also protects them. In order to protect the high risk groups within the EARTH community, such as health professionals, seniors and people who present certain underlying conditions or risk factors, all students admitted to the University are required to be vaccinated. This could be carried out in their countries, or by completing their vaccination schedule in Costa Rica.
